Connect People is proud to confirm our appointment as a supplier of labour hire to the Ravenswood Interchange Project.
Work on the $46 million interchange started in May, with CPB Contractors (formerly Leightons) delivering the project with funding from both the Victorian and Federal Governments.
The Ravenswood Interchange replaces the dangerous intersection of the Calder Highway and the Calder Alternate Highway, where there have been two fatalities since 2009. The project comprises the construction of an elevated circular roadway that separates slow moving traffic from fast moving traffic on the Calder Freeway.

Connect People Managing Director, Tony Cotruzzola, said “The Ravenswood Interchange builds on our strong record of partnering with Australia’s leading infrastructure constructors. We’re proud to be supporting CPB in delivering a project which improves safety for road users.”
The upgraded interchange is expected to be completed by late 2017.
